This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Message Forwarder (“Application”) for mobile devices. The Application is a tool that allows its users to forward messages to phone numbers and e-mail addresses of their choice.

When you use the Application, you grant the Application access to the data stored on the device, including, but not limited to, SMS and MMS messages, calls, contacts, your mobile device's unique ID, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application.

Location Information of the Device

This Application does not collect information about the location of your mobile device.

Access to Google and Microsoft accounts through OAuth

The application allows to forward messages over e-mail using your own Google or Microsoft account. To enable this feature, you must log on to your respective account and grant the application access. The application does not collect or share any information from your Google or Microsoft account. The application is limited to only use these accounts to send e-mail messages on your behalf when configured to do so by you.

Third Party Access

No data is ever periodically transmitted to external services.

We may disclose collected Information explicitly sent by you to us:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Opt-out

You can stop all access to information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
